We know the definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
Yet, we do this ALL THE TIME because it’s comfortable. Regular. Known. Familiar. Habit.
Try to choose to do one thing differently. This can be a physical action or maybe an action of thought (choosing a different / more loving way of thinking maybe...💭 )
If we’re not choosing anything different then we’re choosing to be comfortable or the same...and maybe that’s good or maybe that’s not quite in line with our highest good.
