Mentorship Programs are available for people of all ages: children, teens, and adults. Each program is tailored to your individual needs; so no program will be exactly the same. However, there will be common strategies and tools I will give you to use in-between our weekly sessions to help aid you in your transformation.
Throughout the program, I will help you move through your struggles, what's bringing you down and holding you back from stepping into your best life. By meeting or video conferencing weekly, I will guide you through shedding old belief systems and what's keeping you stuck. After we've moved through your past programs, conditions and habits, I will help you take the leap into your truest desires/best version of yourself.
The length of each program may vary, but I suggest committing yourself to 6+ weeks (adult) or 4+ weeks (child/teen). By committing to weekly sessions, you are taking your wellness and power back into your hands and will experience a more drastic/timely transformation.
It is from my own personal experience that I can tell you if we are really serious about needing a change or wanting to live a better life, guided weekly sessions, focused and repeated independent practice, and an investment in yourself are pivotal for our personal growth/transformation.
You can be happy, healthy, and at ease. Remember, investing in your health and well-being will always be worth it!

Restorative yoga is one of the most beneficial healing practices that I have encountered. "Studies show that it decreases stress hormones, increases flexibility, improves sleep, balances the nervous system, prevents stress related changes to weight and provides recovery time from our busy lives."-Andrea Peloso. Her's what this restorative practice might be like for you:
-Still and comfortable for a long period of time.
-Less stretch/hold than a yin practice. More relaxing and falling into poses.
-Let yourself go into a deeply relaxed and/or even meditative state.
-Your senses will not be interrupted with many prompts or adjustments, unless needed, but rather you can let go and go deep within yourself.
-Calm your nervous system, negative self-talk/stories, relieve stress, and heal ailments.
During a 1-on-1 session, the practice will be specifically tailored to you; your dosha and your needs mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You will even be given suggestions for your own home practice.

1-on-1 Restorative Yoga
Raynor Naturopathic Massage is a holistic system of bodywork developed by Naturopath Brandon Raynor. Its origins are in Ayurvedic Massage, Chinese Medicine, reflexology, Shiatsu and yoga breathe work. There is a special emphasis on the Eastern medical theory that the physical body is a gross manifestation of a subtle body composed of a life force (chi or prana), emotions and other subtle energies, and that each are related and have an effect on each other. Physical or emotional stressors can lead to a blockage or disruption in the flow of chi or prana can cause bones to shift out of place or create tension in the body.
Most tension exists along bands in the body that are composed of muscles, tendons, ligaments and other body tissues. Underlying these physical manifestations of the bands are subtle energy systems similar to Meridians in Chinese Medicine, Sen lines in Thai Massage, or nadis in Ayurvedic Massage. Knowledge and techniques gleaned from these ancient modalities were then integrated and evolved to form the Raynor Band Theory along with its unique set of techniques, adjustments, stretches and rhythm. While Raynor Naturopathic Massage Bands may overlap with some of these, the distinguishing feature of Raynor Bands is they can be physically traced and often seen within the body.
The primary goal of Raynor Naturopathic Massage is to relieve a person of residual tension, muscle tightness in an area of the body when the body is at rest, and return the body to its natural state of relaxation. The word “relax” literally means to bring back to a state of looseness. “Re” means to bring back to and “lax” means loose, whereby Raynor massage is actually a form of deep relaxation massage. In addition, we believe that massage should not be performed in a routine manner, as each client has their own specific treatment needs.
This is why the development of one’s sense of touch and intuition is equally important in Raynor Naturopathic Massage in order to properly diagnose and treat a client. It also concentrates on parts of the body that are often neglected by traditional massage therapists, such as the abdomen, sacrum, hips, feet, hands and head. These areas tend to hold a lot of stagnation and blockage of the life force and freeing them up will generally have a great benefit not just to the areas concerned but to the whole being.
